TiCon Commercial Inspection is the successor of a bay area construction firm, Tenant Improvement Construction, Inc., founded in Campbell CA, in 1980. In 1988 Sam Burkhouse, president of the company, started performing pre-purchase inspections for investor clients. TiCon Commercial Inspection continues to offer its 30 years of experience to the Northern California real estate community.
TiCon specializes in commercial, retail and industrial pre-purchase and pre-lease building inspections in a market consisting of building owners, facilities and property managers and commercial real estate brokers and their clients.
